functional and newly decorated units with balcony. well presented hotel in a magnificent setting close to eveything. close enough to restaurant as well as the ferry.

The hotel is wonderful and clean, nestled in a nice building with exceptionally good view over a well kept garden. The breakfast offers variety of toast, cereal, and fruit. The room is airy, the people are really friendly and super friendly. Great service, the breakfast is wonderful!

What a warm stay, no complaint. Wonderful accommodation with fantastic setting close enough to wonderful parks for the children to play at great walks in close to shopping centre, a competitive market and the ferry and botanical garden. Light and amazing breakfast selection, toast and cereals.

The hotel had a very central location and it was just next door to Victoria Park. The breakfast had something for everyone - toast and cereal.

I appreciated the room with a nice box of chocolates, the bed was lovely. Included fast working WiFi, coffee, and it's own balcony. The location was good and perfect for exploring this shopping area, near to clubs will be owesome, the Port of Sale and excellent location for access to shops, restaurants, hotels and the beautiful Lake Guthridge and the shops, restaurants, lovely gardens, Lake Guthridge and Port of Sale.

Well priced place, had a quite comfortable stay on our road trip. The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered quality dishes.

The staff we met were not that friendly.

The location of the hotel was very central, close to dining venues for dinner, the shops and cafes and restaurants and the Gippsland Art Gallery. It also was close to all eateries. The food was fab, included muesli, toast, and cereal.

The stay here was really lovely on our road trip. All in all everything was very comfortable, but we had very cold bathroom. The breakfast available was light with yoghurt and dairy free options, as for instance. This location was particularly good, right by grassy centre to carpark, Sale Wharf, Edge Theatre, Gallery & lake, and the shops and eateries. It also was close to town center. We really enjoyed being here...

The place was well priced. Had a VERY RELAXING stay on our road trip, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast had variety of options, coffee, tea, toast, and cereal. The hotel was near the public garden and the lakes, wonderful parks for the children to play at great walks in close to shopping centre and Close to town for a stroll to shops thanks to its particularly good location.

Although everything was modern, some of the staff were not that friendly.
